I'm Ditte Munch-Andersen

I am a clinical psychologist deeply committed to helping women overcome overeating and weight management challenges. Since graduating from the University of Copenhagen in 2004 and becoming a licensed psychologist, I have focused my career on understanding the emotional factors that affect eating behaviours. With expertise in cognitive therapy, I have been at the forefront of weight management psychology since 2007, establishing myself as one of Denmark’s leading experts in supporting women on their journey towards a healthier relationship with food and their bodies.
