I know all too well what it's like to binge eat. In my twenties, I thought about food all the time. It was the first thing I thought about when I woke up and the last thing I thought about at night.

I remember often looking forward to my partner going out so that I could run to the supermarket and buy in bulk for a feast.

It wasn't until my late 20s, when I stopped focusing on calories and what I was allowed to eat and started working on the underlying causes of my binge eating, that I finally managed to break free and normalise my eating habits.

17 years ago. I was in the same situation you are in now and I still remember how frustrating it was.
