All prices are in Euro, including VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Products can be purchased by credit card
Digital products are delivered via email or by access to closed forum. Delivery usually takes a few minutes, but in exceptional cases it can take up to five working days.
Access requires a SimpleroID, which is issued automatically upon purchase of the product. Successful Eating cannot be held responsible for crashes or technical errors on the Simplero platform.
Individual online sessions: cancellations must be notified by email (hello@successfuleating.com) or phone (not SMS) : +45 36 95 79 81 at least 24 hours before, otherwise the full amount of the session will be charged.

Online courses have no return policy after they have been used
Subscription:
For subscriptions, the subscription price, as stated on the product page, is automatically charged for each subscription period in advance. A receipt for the payment will be sent by email. You will receive an email confirming your subscription after the subscription has been made. In this email is a link that must be clicked to confirm the agreement. You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Simplero profile and unsubscribe. The cancellation is immediate and after the cancellation no further invoices or charges will be made. However, invoices already issued will still have to be paid.
Workshops, courses, trainings and events:
Workshops, courses, trainings and events are held physically at the locations indicated. Transport to and from these locations is not part of the price unless clearly stated.
Cancellation of booked seats is always subject to a fee of $250 (up to the price of the seat). Less than 3 months to the event, a 50% fee will be charged, subject to a minimum of the cost of the place or USD 250. No refund will be given for less than 60 days.
If installments have been agreed for a workshop, course, training or event, all installments must be paid.
All rights to workshops, courses, events and digital products belong to Ditte Munch-Andersen. Upon purchase, a license is granted to use the purchased product as stated under the product in question.
Ditte Munch-Andersen cannot be held responsible for lack of delivery, access etc. to on-line products, member pages etc. due to breakdown of software, platforms etc. just as Ditte Munch-Andersen cannot be held responsible for changes, breakdown, closure of platforms on which the products are located. Memberships, including lifetime memberships, are provided as long as it is possible for Ditte to provide these within normal availability and depending on the providers' provision of platforms, etc.
Under no circumstances may the material be copied and/or passed on to others. This applies to digital material, emails etc.
Ditte Munch-Andersen cannot be held responsible for external breakdowns of facilities, IT systems, platforms etc., nor can Ditte be held responsible for postponed, altered or cancelled deliveries including training, courses and other physical as well as on-line based products in the event of Force Majeure, including war, natural disasters, epidemics and other external unexpected events.
